This is how to order the On-Line U-Choose traffic school. Simply complete the following secure form, by clicking the word form or the link at the bottom of this page, make sure to include your citation number and court due date. After completing the form, indicate your payment preference, check or credit card. To submit the order information by secure E-mail, move your cursor to the submit button and click it.

The U-Choose staff will immediately return to you a password, for security purposes, by E-mail. With your password you can proceed through the program on-line, or download and print the course if you wish.
